I am preparing in a few weeks to begin a Sunday School series on the book of Galatians. I thought, as I study this letter, to keep it fresh in my mind by blogging interesting facts, insights, quotes, and thoughts as they come to me in a commentary style. If any of these ramblings are helpful to anyone, they may freely use said ramblings under the sole condition that it be to the Glory of God.
This will also be a great help to me as I read your responses to my posts and as I (being forgetful) 'think God's thoughts after me, after thinking them after God'.
Just by way of introducing the letter, I was struck by the tone that the Apostle Paul uses throughout the letter, angry at false teachers, heart-broken over Christ's flock being deceived, yet hopeful in the never-changing, life-changing power of the Gospel of Christ.
Study with me. Help me help you help me. We'll tackle Galatians 1:1-5 together.
