I guess it's only proper to express gratitude to all of you guys who link to me. The latest participant in linkage to Doxoblogy is Phil Johnson (no, not that Phil Johnson, the other Phil Johnson, the one who receives the first guys email), so I'm giving props (I'm a Tennessee redneck, so let me know if I misused this word) where props are due.
I am concerned about the meaning of Entertaining, though. Along with Jonathan Moorhead (and others), I have been placed in this categoryof his blogroll. While I would like to think that Phil's linkage towards meward is a wholesale endorsement of everything that I've ever written here, including the stuff that I have recanted, I don't think that's what it means at all.
I think when Phil visited Doxoblogy, he was amused, sort of like the way some people are amused as they watch an episode of Ripley's Believe It Or Not. And then all the pieces fall into place. That's what Entertaining means. It means Phil likes to visit a freak show every once in a while. He likes the grotesqueness of the blogosphere's equivalent of a 'one-eyed eight-armed monster'.
At any rate, I am truly grateful for the gratuitous linking taking place at Pyromaniac. And I am also grateful for all of you who linked to me when I was a nobody. What's that? I'm still a nobody?

It's hard to stay humble when something as big as this happens.
I've been going to Phil Johnson's bookmarks since I bought my very first computer. At that time I didn't know anything about him but really liked the way he slammed all those guys in his bad theology sections.
